Happy Saturday Everyone!
Today’s Style File will feature two items of clothing from none other than K-mart! I have to say I think K-mart is totally killing it at the moment with some ( not all! ) of their clothes and especially with their home-wares.
Last week I featured the Pineapple and Parrot decorative items and after stopping in store a few times this week I have spied some more really cool home wares. Which just goes to show you definitely don’t need to spend a fortune on your home or yourself to look amazing!
So onto what I know is going to be one of my favourite items to wear once the weather warms up. As I said it’s from K-mart and I think with some simple styling it looks fantastic, but I’ll let you be the judge of that!
Here it is!
Bright and cheerful Pant – suit retailing for $25 and featured in the current catalogue.
With it I am wearing
- Nude shoes from Target purchased on sale.
- Clutch from Gloss Accessories.
- Earring and Bracelet from Myer. ( I have had these for a few seasons! )
I know this won’t be everyone’s cup of tea but I love the blue and green colouring and was so excited when I saw it because I knew exactly what accessories I had at home to wear with it! I’m thinking for more casual dressing I would opt for a sandal and maybe even a hat ( I love hats! ).
Onto number two
There is just something about blue hues that get me every time! I spied this on a mad dash into K-mart and couldn’t resist for only $15.
The last thing I have to share with you is something a little bit fun. I had this cushion cover made for Miss 12’s birthday from the Big .W photo centre. It features a drawing by none other than Miss 12 herself ( she’s so clever! ). The cost was $16.
There you are, my shopping foray for the week! If you have’t been to K-mart lately I would sincerely suggest you do! With the amount of time I spend in there they should make me a spokesperson!
Next week the school holidays are officially over YAY! Which means I can get back to doing what I do best, shopping! And sourcing those amazing bargains to bring to you all.
Before I go, here’s one more photo from our photo shoot! All pictures were taken under the sometimes bossy direction of Miss 12! I think she did a fantastic job and I owe her a BIG thanks!
Have a great weekend, we are spending ours celebrating ‘All Things Grace’ for her 13th birthday, God help me!
