The Week That Was!

Boy am I glad that week’s over!

Not that I had a bad week, just a very very busy one filled with Art Exhibition’s, Photography Exhibitions and one spectacular concert!

Tuesday of last week was of course the race that stops a nation, you can read all about it here in case you missed it!

Wednesday we all headed off to Miss 13’s school for their annual Art Exhibition featuring pieces from students in kindergarten to Year 12. Miss 13 was very lucky to have her piece included.

Here it is

Thursday night saw us heading off to another exhibition. This one in conjunction with Propel Youth Arts for a fantastic initiative called MOSAIC

Visit the Mosaic exhibition to see over 350 photos captured over 24 hours across Western Australia, it’s AWESOME!

The Hive – Creative Arts Space 192 William Street, Northbridge

Monday – Wednesday | 11am – 3pm

Thursday – Saturday – Sunday | 11am – 5pm

Friday | 11am – 6pm

Grace and I were very excited to be a part of this unique exhibition!

OMG best night ever!

It is always such a drag waiting for your favourite acts after you’ve bought tickets…….. all that waiting waiting waiting!

Katy Perry was worth the wait and did NOT disappoint! From the moment she appeared out of her prism to kick the night off with ROAR to the spectacular FIREWORKS finale this concert was non stop colour, fun and hit after hit!

Here are a few of my favourite photo’s from the night

She was so good!

If you’re heading to any of her remaining concerts you will not be disappointed, one word AMAZING.

And that my friends is a wrap! I don’t know if it’s just because I’m getting older but late nights and rushing around don’t work well for me any more. Apart from these fab events we were up early Sunday morning for a family photo shoot. I’ll be posting my favourites from the day when I have the pictures back.

As for this week I am looking forward to a bloggers catch up tomorrow and hoping to head into the city on Friday night with the family to see the Christmas Lights turned ON! To see what else is happening in P-town head here for all the latest news and Christmas events.

Hope you have a great week
